Probably the last visit to the VBOs (Vienna Based Organizations) at the VIC (Vienna International Centre) during his term as SG (Secretary General) of the United Nations (UN).
To launch the newly proclaimed SDGs (sustainable development goals) 17 in number, the SG of the UN met with staff of the VBOs who were invited to select a card representing the SDGs to take a photograph with Ban Ki Moon.
Since I started working at the VIC in 2009, Ban Ki Moon has been a regular visitor who always took time to meet with the general staff and never failed to remind us that he left half his heart in Vienna.
