Hard to believe I’ve made it this far. Can’t say I feel old. Yet I have to admit, having reached the three score years and ten has me reflecting on a lot. I think of all my colleagues who passed in their sixties. I don’t even want to say how old I am. It’s just a number. And yet. Life should be celebrated.
We took a trip to Moravia, to the area my mother comes from. I said I need to get my feet on the ground and to see green and water. That’s what we did. We had green and water. Every morning, breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the Brno Reservoir. The last night there was even a hot air balloon flying over the lake, over into the horizon.
Now I just want to say thank you to everybody for your kind wishes. Lots of photos posted to Facebook, some to Instagram, some still to process.
Looks like I’m home. I’m back on the PC and working on social media.
