Attitude

Just started uploading a video which I titled: How to live to 90. It is clips of my Mum talking about her life, her family, her photos, her hobbies, her plants, and her attitude.

I must admit it has often been tough with my Mum. She seems to have mellowed with old age. Or perhaps it is even the influence of my sons who have stayed with her.
I am coming to appreciate her more and more. Funny, I notice her appreciating my father more and more. I’m grateful for this time with her. I came for the wedding. This has been a bonus to see her, to have my son here, to record more of her life spirit. I am still planning a blog on our geriatric research project.
The topic will be How to live to 90? Gratitude, attitude, gratitude.
